Position Summary: Equipment Transport LLC offers new equipment, shift differential, and full benefits and incentive packages.
Major Responsibilities:
Loading, unloading and transporting water and fresh water to well sites and disposals.
Hooking up and disconnecting hoses. Dragging hoses to be hooked up anywhere from ( 10′ to 20′ 3inch and 2inch hoses).
Hauling and delivering fresh water to containment ponds and well sites for oil & gas operations. Drilling pads are often located in remote areas.
Drive in all types of weather and terrain.
Filling frac tanks on site.
Gauge and record levels on production water tanks.
Properly inspect equipment on a daily basis.
Pre and post trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate DOT log books and paperwork such as manifests, water tickets, pay sheets, etc.
Compliance with DOT regulations.
Follow guidelines and policies set forth by Equipment Transport, LLC and customers.
Requirements:
Must possess Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement
Equipment Transport is seeking a qualified Diesel Technician for our facilities located in Belle Vernon, PA, Morristown, OH, and Arcadia, LA. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
A Diesel Technician will diagnose, adjust, and repair all company equipment including, but not limited to the following: Engines (gas and diesel), Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials/Power dividers, PTO systems, Starters/Alternators, Refrigeration systems, Air conditioning systems (including cold and hot units), Fan clutches, Engine electronics (gas/diesel), Power steering systems, and Steering gear box (manual and power).
Major Responsibilities:
Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services
Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order
Maintain work area appearance and safety
Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
Adjust and replace brake, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions
Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.
Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.
Specialize in repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Must have newer Cat and Cummings comprehension. Ability to use computer to troubleshoot trucks
Must be 21 years old
3 to 5 years CMV diesel maintenance experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Vocational/Technical or certification preferred
Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications preferred
Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools) required
Must own and or be willing to provide proper tools to work on equipment
A valid driver’s license is required
Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred
Basic computer skills preferred for data entry into maintenance systems.
Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions required
Willingness to travel as necessary to customer’s yards and within geographical area to conduct road side maintenance as needed.

Ensure that vacuum truck, waste and water transportation business operations are conducted continuously (i.e. 24 hours per day, 7 days per week) without interruption, to satisfaction of customers.
Verify drivers’ compliance with applicable laws.
Collect, review and verify correctness and compliance of drivers’ paperwork.
Thoroughly complete all daily paperwork (Manifests, Waste Logs, Gas Well Log Book, etc.).
Accountable for controlling costs by managing driver productivity and operational efficiencies.
Responsible for appraisal of employee performance, rewarding and disciplinary actions of employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure that new Truck Drivers receive proper pre-employment training.
Schedule trucks for maintenance and follow up to ensure that maintenance was performed.
Assist, as necessary, Field Safety Technicians with conducting accident investigations, using root cause analysis. Ensuring that accident/incident reports are reviewed by supervisors. Investigating near misses and discuss with Truck Drivers. Sharing lessons learned from incidents, including near misses, with Truck Drivers

Directs movement of traffic through site, using stop & slow paddle, and hand signals.
Performs traffic control and flagging activities as needed; follows safety rules and regulations on all work zone and flagging sites, including placing signs, barricades, traffic cones and other warning devices.
Communicates using CB radio as needed.
Informs drivers of detour routes through private roadways.
Radios other flagger or drivers at opposite end of site, giving clearance for reverse flow of traffic when appropriate.

A drill pad excavator operator must be able to operate excavators safely, productively and efficiently. This position will be responsible for assisting specifically with the drill cuttings on oil/natural gas drilling pads.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Solidify drill cuttings using an excavator
Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Must be able to operate any of the following equipment in a safe and productive manner: Caterpillar, John Deer and/or Komatsu (mini excavators, small excavators from 7-18 metric ton to large excavators 20-65 metric ton)
Be compliant with all regulatory requirements and established safe practices, such as; PPE, 3 point contact, lockouts and safe parking. Practice workplace safety;
Demonstrate skill in the identification of key hazards and use of strategies to work safely, such as; stability of soils, edges, excavations, stability of machine, and awareness of position, clearance, safe movement, other machinery/vehicles/workers;
Start-up and Shut down of equipment safely, by following comprehensive pre-operational checks, start-up and shutdown procedures;
Maintain and monitor equipment, following maintenance procedures and monitoring gauges; Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required;
Manage on-site process and coordinating schedules and equipment with company men.
Complete drill cutting manifests;
Communicate load counts by cell phone to dispatch office in order to plan truck counts and logistics;
Operate equipment productively for up to 12+ hours per day, year-round in all types of weather and ground conditions;

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or the equivalent preferred.
CDL license is a plus with an acceptable driving record for the past 3 yrs.
Ability to positively direct and interact well with others in a team environment.

One (2) year related experience required.
Basic knowledge of gas/oilfield industry preferred.
